Harvest Supper
Don’t forget to buy your tickets for the Harvest Supper, this Friday, 24th September, in the Birdwood Barn at 7pm. Tickets available from the Cat or from Doreen Gibbings.
If you would like to make a salad or pudding, please contact Lucy Boggis-Rolfe or me.
James Birdwood is still hoping for a few more volunteers to perform after supper. Please let him know if you have a party piece. Songs, poems, sketches all welcome. You will never have a more appreciative audience!
St John the Baptist
There will be a service of Holy Communion on Sunday at 11.15 taken by the Revs Richard and Margaret Maslen.
Next Sunday is the Harvest Festival at 11.15. It will be a short family service. Please bring along donations to church which will be taken
to Tetbury Food Bank.
Lou Evans
You may have noticed the handsome new bench in memory of Lou Evans on the triangle by the post box.
We would like to say a big thank you to everyone who contributed to the bench which is in remembrance of Lou he would have loved it and would be proud of it. Many thanks to everyone.
