Dear All,
New Arrival
Edward & Harriet Lattimer (2 New Villas) welcomed their baby boy, Charles ‘Charlie’ into the world in June. Archie is besotted with his new baby brother.
Lost Bracelet
Lucy Boggis-Rolfe lost a bracelet like this but with green stones bracelet sometime last Sunday. Probably in Church Lane or in the Village Hall. If anyone has found it Lucy would be extremely grateful if you could return it to her.
Christopher Hallpike Presentation
Many thanks to all who contributed to the presentation to Christopher Hallpike’s reception last weekend.
Thank you so much for organising everything. A very happy occasion and a great success.
The tree is in proud situ with the recipient very, very contented ……
St John the Baptist
There will be a service of Holy Communion this Sunday at 11.15am taken by the Revd. Julie Nicholson. All welcome.
A reminder from Julie that she would value contributions as to how we might refurbish the children’s area in church. Julie will be in the church on Saturday morning between 10 and 11am if anyone would like to come and contribute ideas. Thank you to those who have already been in touch with offers of help and resources.
Village Tea – a message from Caroline Baker
A reminder about the Village Tea this weekend. If you are hoping to come along please let Caroline or Julie know so she has some idea of numbers for catering. Or reply to this email.
