Message From Julie Nicholson

I’m almost embarrassed to say I have been in Madeira enjoying warmth and sunshine over the past week while the village has dealt with the impact of flooding, but I have been so impressed to read on the WhatsApp group the wonderful community spirit that has abounded in the village. I know ‘faith’ isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but on Sunday at the service in church, I will light a Shipton Moyne community candle for all the wonderful support, care, friendship, and hospitality that the village can be so proud of, not only over this week, but especially this week.

Please come along and help get the church ready for Christmas. Saturday 7th December at 10.30am.
