Dear All,
Christopher Hallpike
There will be a presentation to Christopher on Sunday 30th July at 7pm in the Village Hall to thank him for his time as Churchwarden and Chairman of the Parish Council. Please come along and enjoy a glass of rose. If you would like to make a plate of canapes please let me know
St John the Baptist
This Sunday there will be no morning service in Shipton Moyne. Instead it is our turn to host the Benefice Evensong at 6pm on Sunday evening before going onto drinks at the village hall (see above). Julie is taking the service and the Shipton Moyne choir will be singing! All welcome.

HELP needed…
If you would like to help with refurbishing and equipping the children’s area in church please get in touch with Julie. We would like to make the current children’s area more comfortable with engaging (quiet) activities and give our children, babies and parents, a welcoming, well resourced experience of being in church and attending services and special occasions.
I would be especially keen to hear from young families and children with ideas and offers of help. If anyone would like to come along and take a look at what we currently have available. please come to the church next Saturday morning at 10am, or give me a call or email and I can come and see you.
Many thanks,
