Christmas Bazaar

Message from Pauline Curthoys:

We would like to say a huge thank who came to support the Bazaar the monies are going to Village Hall and the Church.

Also, a message from Pauline and Diane to say a very big thank you to you all who brought some wonderful items for our Tombola a fantastic afternoon.

Money raised:

  • Teas: £80
  • Door: £83
  • Tombola: £145
  • Tables: £30
  • Wreath: £50
  • Cakes: £216
  • Raffle £230

Total £834

And from Caroline Chambers:

A huge thank you to all who brought contributions for the cake/produce stall at the Christmas Bazaar. Wonderful to have plenty of customers! We raised £216, the highest amount ever I believe.

St John the Baptist

There will be a Family Service on Sunday at 11.15am. Coffee and biscuits afterwards. All very welcome.

Church Cleaning

There will be a church cleaning party on Tuesday 13th December at 10am, to get everything ready for Christmas.  Many hands make light work so it would be lovely to see lots of people there.

Mobile Post Office

Just a reminder that the mobile post office is in the village by the entrance to Southside on Mondays and Thursdays at 10.30am for an hour.
